Also, please make sure that all of you need to make your registration by 1 August 2017.

• You have a choice of making your credit card payment or on-site payment.
• We have made our plan for the conference dinner in the night of 10 August and also for three excursion plans (two on 9 August and one on 12 August). Please have a look at our excursion page! Conference dinner will be taken place at the Palace Hotel Tachikawa.

Please read through our notes on the registration fee and bank-transfers below.

[Registration Fee]

• The early-bird registration fee will be JPY 20,000 (regular)/JPY10,000 (MA, PhD student/unaffiliated) until 11 June, 2017. From 12 June, 2017, the registration fee increases with JPY5000, so that JPY 25,000 (regular)/JPY 15,000 (MA, PhD student/unaffiliated).
• Please note that the on-line registration site will be closed on 1 August, 2017.
• Please make sure that the registration fee includes a conference booklet, lunch on 7-11 August, coffee breaks and the opening reception on 7 August, but it does not include the conference dinner (about JPY 6000) or excursion (at variable cost).

[Regarding the bank-transfer]

• Some of you might prefer bank-transfer to make your payment. However, we have extra-charge when we receive your payment at the bank here in Japan. Please complete your registration by the deadline, and you can make your on-site payment at the conference venue.
