Call for Posters

We welcome submission of abstracts for 1-hour poster presentations that approach mimetics and ideophones from theoretical and/or typological perspectives. Please take a look at our position paper to make sure that your poster fits the aims of the whole symposium.

Authors may be the first or sole author of at most one abstract and may be a non-first co-author of any number of abstracts.

The research presented in the abstract must be new. Please do not present research that has already been published/presented or is scheduled to be published/presented. Please also make your abstract anonymous. The maximum length for an abstract is 2 pages (A4 or US letter size), including tables, figures, and references. Abstract text should be in English or Japanese, in a 12pt font. Please embed your examples in the main text, rather than putting all of them together on the second page. The abstract must be submitted as a PDF file.
